To Eternity and Beyond

To eternity and beyond 
(Dedicated to you M.S.)

And then there you were,
Standing in the sunset.
Looking perfect as ever,
Romeo to this Juliet.

I smiled and rushed down,
Dying to be in your arms.
Smitten by your bright aura,
And irresistible charms.

You are the idyllic answer, 
To all my wishes and prayers.
Someone who's my confidante, 
Unraveling my convoluted layers.

Stars that shine so bright, 
Are the ones that burn the most.
A love like ours soars the skies,
And scales across the coasts.

Passion that burns within us,
Connects us at the core.
A once in a lifetime romance, 
Has emerged from a lore.

This bond that connects us,
Is eternal, infinite and true.
We'll always be together, 
My sweetheart I love you.
