Loss Is Loud

The thought of loss is loud
It bangs, clanks, hisses and rattles
Inside of your head all day
Your brain starts to crash
And you start to cry
Your heart starts to crack
And it's hard to restart.

Thanks for sharing this. Welcome to Poetry Soup. Meanwhile, I welcome you with God's love, expressed in John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." God bless you. For sure, this post is a good start...
