Ocean Currents

Love is an ocean current.
Love gets close then pulls away.
It doesn't want to stay.
Love frowns when it sees my face.
Thousands of miles away-
and yet
right in front of my face.
Love is a flower
delicate and sweet
but dies off quickly and no one cares but me.
