Sick

im sick of love songs
how they play them all out
im tired of waiting around
though i have many more years about
im tired of searching
4 someone to turn my life upside down
im tired of wanting
too feel someone's gentle touch
im sick of wanting
someone to love me too much
im tired of looking back
and seeing so much wrong
i hope to find a love
for which can one day be strong
im tired of seeing
lovebirds holding hands
im tired of being
the only lonely man
better than the rest
but so far from the best
i wear a suit so u can't see
the black hole inside my chest
at the edge of the pole
deciding what to do next
should i love once again
or put my heart to its quiet rest
maybe in time i'll figure out what to do
because im so tired of love
and even more finding you
so im goin to throw my heart away
since there is nothing more left to say
only goodbye and that i hope to see you at a future day
because i accepted to always be alone
so to my heart i say goodnite and so long
