Dear Future Self
Dear Future Self,
I want you to remember the times when you didn't have enough courage to get out of bed. I want you to remember the times when the anxiety got to your head. I want you to remember the times you were sad. Trust me I know the future isn't that bad. Anxiety , Depression and PTSD was mean. We used words of hate which was obscene. Starting today we will grow stronger. We will stay i the battle a little bit longer. Yeah, life is tough but WE are tougher.
