I Know Someone

I know someone who can love
I know someone who can wait.
I know someone who can take,
a better achievement than a bait.
A someone that stale fate,
in the eyes of those that can't.

I know someone who can sing,
agile when the bells ring.
Apt for a better fight,
in dawn of day and night.

I know someone who can sell
a better personality they can tell.
A wing of gesture and power,
loyalty and honesty,
affably less sour,
just for a better tale.

I know someone who is good
although less mature but good.
I know someone,
because this someone
is Me.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Good poem Alvis! Welcome to Poetry Soup! Keep posting your poems, and there are many free contests you can enter. Maybe write some poems about life in Malawi, since many of us don’t know much about it. Anyway, have fun! God bless you!
