Peace

In this world of infinite flaws,
This divided world of politics and laws,
We hurt each other; we brawl and fight,
Curses at our lips, our fists balled tight..
 But,
Why don`t we stop and take a brief break?
Why don`t we show this darkened world some light?

In this world of screams and yells..
This horrific world, where haters dwell,
We hurt and loath over religion and caste,
Our actions that of hate, our mentalities vast..
 But,
Why don`t we stop and live a life of ease?
Why is it hate and not peace that we seize?

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
