Take No Care For Tomorrow

Here's to those who have gone before,
And to those we hope will follow,
There are those who journey stoically,
While others find life a bore.

Do not forget the gift off life,
Is something we all borrow,
Live every day as if you know,
There won't be a tomorrow.

Each of us is different,
And yet we are all the same,
Life has many paths to take,
Just treat it like a game.

And like a game, it doesn't matter,
If you win or lose,
But then again, it's better,
If the winning path you choose.

And when your at the finish,
And they've totted up your place,
If you have fully loved and lived,
You know you've won race.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
