Decidedly Insane

I began crying again today
I wasn't thinking about anything at all
I laughed in spite of myself
As I looked I to the mirror
At a reflection so pathetic
 It made my anger rise
More red and wet my eyes became
As my breath blew like a train
I wasn't sure how I got there
As I stared at the floor
Clinging to my body
Like a man to his whore
I did this to me
And I just ask for more.

I remember feeling sorrowful, watching myself cry in a mirror. Thank you. I have not remembered this fora very long time.
