Mind Wind

A mind spiralling out of control

A thought on a thin line of truth and lie

A heart cut in a few places and sewn together by an everlasting dream, but then again ripped out of balance

What is there to do?

He says he wants to be with me, yet he runs away from life’s curveball’s dodging it no running from it

Like a stray dog running away from pain

There’s a mind spiralling out of control

A heart almost broken

And words that are too hard to be spoken

That's life

Life's way of BOSSING one over and over yet again.

The whispers of the wind tries to calm the pain yet the ever present question remains … who am I to keep him from his dream.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed day.
