Little Scars

Isn’t it always
On tip of his tongue
To mispronounce her love name
To call me

Didn’t want to show how fragile I was
So I kept my cool
To pretend how strong I am
Though it was agonizing my heart

Heaps ran through my mind
Does my existence mean anything to him
How easy it was
To leave a scarring wound in my heart

I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
