Mr

BOUNDED.
I'm so lost in a place I know too well,
I'm equally broken and confused,
I'm just lonely in the midst of people,
And I'm surrounded by beauty and the beast.

My life is someone else's idea,
Someone stole my past and my future,
And wrote my own stories,
With the ink of my tears and blood,
And the emotions I seriously fear.

Daily, I cry and try,
In my perfect imperfections,
To erase the pain of solitude and lack,
With an amplified silence in my voice,
But all remained as inelastic as a wooden spring.

I'm bent like a wand of willow weaved round an empty dream,
Representing a symbol of emptiness and sorrow,
It's hard to be myself when I'm a mystery and victim of circumstance,
Because I'm bounded by the narrow fences of life.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
