Pain
It's like a ball of emotion clogged up in your throat
You try to fight it
Not let it out
Keep it in there for a little longer
Try no to think how good it would feel to release it
No matter how hard you try it comes gushing out
Through your eyes
Your mouth
And worst of all it throbs deep within your heart
