Terminating Endlessness

The truth of Life is that life is all lies,
The truth of Death is that death is no surprise.
A dying man gasps with his last dying breath,
"A meaningless life! A meaning for death."
He cowers in darkness waiting for light,
Devouring himself in his own minds night.
There is no escape, no reprieve.
We must all follow the pattern we weave.
There is no beginning, there is no end.
Cycle after cycle, out actions we repeat,
And on our ignorance, we accept defeat.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
