Fire

Have you ever felt fire?
Have you ever watched it burn?
Have you ever watched the sun until your eyes felt burnt?
Have you ever seen the smoke?
Have you ever felt it too?
Have you ever felt it fill your lungs, making you incapable to talk?
The heat is so immense
The smoke, so intense
It’s a wonder how we love it when we watch the world freeze in the end
Have you ever felt the pain?
From a burn by the flame?
So do you know what fire’s like?
Have you ever sunk in it’s pain?
Do you know what fire’s burns are like?
Have you ever fallen victim to the flame?
