I Fall For You
I fall for you more and more as the days go by. I no longer stare to the sky and wonder
why. You give the feeling to actually try to survive. Because having you is better than
having the whole world. You're the greatest. You're my special girl.
Before I had a razor to my wrist, now the thought is banished from my head as soon as we
anxiously kiss. I used to willingly die on the inside, where all of the bitterness
dwelled. The malice upon my bruised heart continually swelled. But then you came along, my
light, life, and my song. You and I are complete with each other. Am I at all wrong?
I look into your blazing eyes, hidden happiness comes by surprise. I hold you in my arms
until the dew on the grass begins to set. I think back to the minute we both first met.
So as I pace alone, your image floating in my mind. The simple thought of your smile
continues to shine. When all hope was lost, I went to the extremes for eternal relief. My
life was the cost. I was in a state of heartache that none can compare. But right when I
saw you it all disappeared, I can almost swear.
Your presence is the medication that I need. Tearing me away from you is like hoping for
lively results from a dead seed. We can be all you ever wanted to be, I can give all the
comfort and tranquility that you need, you'll see. I fall for you like the raging waters
of a mighty waterfall. If I had to depart, will you think about me at all? I ponder upon
you and I also remember why I fall.
You put an end to all of my nightmares. When we talk I realize one cares. Everyone else
has let me down, hurt, and abandoned me. They were never here for me. But for you, I will
always be there. I swear……….
