When I Fly

When I fly, and touch the sky.
I grab a cloud and sit down, then look around.
   Pass the stratosphere, and lounge.
As elevation takes me across the Karman Lines bounds.
Land on the moon, leave footprints in the ground.
Hold a star in my palm, as the sun keeps me warm.
   Defying gravity all day long.
As I examine the universe and its galactic form.
Throwing meteors and asteroids through black holes for fun.
Riding haleys comet through the vastness of spaces blackness.
Jump off and free fall back to the third planet.
Transfer my experience to paper once I've landed.
   Vivid depictions for mind expansion.
Then prepare the runway for more flights of enhancement.
Then ignite the fire and takeoff to imagination.
Where there are no limitations.
   When I fly.
