Let Me Be the Voice

Let me be the voice
To sing the old lyrics
Full of ancient wisdom
A reminiscence of an ideal world
And wished for an interface
Of the past and present
To create the future
We all dream of

Let me be the voice
To speak the thought
Of the old
Their sight and gait
May have been stolen
By age
Their soul remain
A powerful force
To be reckoned with

Let me be the voice
That will rebuke
The gullible youth
And charge them
To a life worth living
Full of wisdom
