BY THE STREETLAMP

Upright fluorescent streetlamp
Kind host of the village boys
Sweet memories twined with it
Cycling around the pole base
Playing hours with friends under
Mouth watering snacks nearby
Chat with girlfriend in starburst
As yummy as vendor’s trays!
