Passages

PASSAGES

               Sometimes through life
               we must "walk through glass"
It is very important to remember,
               This too shall pass

We tend to start thinking "Why me, this just is'nt right?"
It may seem to take forever
but we must make it through
               and go into the night

We may start to feel "I cant keep up, Im sinking"
as we start wondering of the what ifs and whys
On this, do not dwell, always have
               positive thinking

               For if we do not,
life may just pass us by

               You will still wonder,
"How long can this possibly last?"
Again, do not worry. Have a little faith
               and just know
               This too shall pass

Welcome to Poetry Soup, Mary. We often do "have to walk through glass" and sometimes we think it will last forever. When we think that I believe it lasts longer. Please bring us more poems.
