Liquid Addiction

Fresh out of the military, and oh the things I've seen
From blood, and death, and everything in between
Don't know where to turn, and not sure how to cope
Not sure if I want to live, wonder if there's any hope

Oh Beer, What Am I Going To Do?

The divorce is final, and all is set and done
What do I do now, do I just turn and run?
Colors have lost their sheen, and now just look grey
Crippling into massive debt, without a source of pay

Oh Beer, What Am I Going To Do?

The money has dried up, and the move made
Moving back with the parents, humility card played
No leads on a job, and isolating myself inside
A piece of me is gone, I can tell that it's died

Oh Beer, What Am I Going To Do?

I can't keep going on through life this way
Do I turn back to faith, and begin to pray?
Only time will tell, but this can't become a crutch
I just want to stop drinking, is that asking too much?

Oh Beer, What Am I Going To Do?
