Oh Dont You Cry

Here I am. Oh don’t you cry.
I’m not gone, I’m a butterfly.
I’ve grown my wings and I soar the sky.
I leave a gentle breeze as I’m passing by.
Oh don’t you cry. Don’t you cry.

Here I am. Oh don’t you cry.
I can see the sadness, in your eyes.
I’ve found my way. My colours bright.
I’m a star that’s shining in the night.
Oh don’t you cry. Don’t you cry.

Here I am. Oh don’t you cry.
You can find me when you close your eyes.
I’ll be waiting there, to feel your love.
And I’ll send some back with a thousand doves.
Oh don’t you cry. Oh Don’t you cry.

Here I am. Oh don’t you cry.
Don’t be afraid and dont ask why.
I’m not gone. I’m still nearby.
We will meet again on the other side.
Oh don’t you cry. Oh don’t you cry.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
