The Undestined

They don't frolic in a flurry of snow, 
or muck about in fantasies, daydreaming. 
Neither hand reaches for another, 
their two souls of desire, brimming. 
For they are not rivers, 
but mountains, tall, standing.

Caren Krutsinger Date: 1/22/2019 6:49:00 PM Sue, this is how I started learning about poetry. Up at the top - see where it says TYPES of POEMS? Click on it. There are different types listed under each letter of the alphabet, and it tells you how to write each type. I still use it and I have been doing this for almost a year. Types I found fun and easy at first were: tanka, diminished hexaverse, rhyme, haiku, kimo. Try it. You can soupmail me if you get stuck. Just click on the little letter at the top and send me a text.
