Summer
Carrying humor in the eyes,
there goes summer....
of it goes with its bright morning....
with its sweaty noons.....
with the tapering evenings....
Cool evening breeze,
giving pleasure to the eyes....
giving pleasure to the body....
still with humor in its eyes...
the flooding evening....
Raining hard for hours,
washing the day's pain away....
changing the signs....
with darkness in the sky's bosom...
there goes the summer...
