Sometimes

Sometimes, I wish I was a cloud just moving freely.
Sometimes, something doesn't add up like a rich person's life story.
Sometimes, we're looking for grace but fall short of the glory.
Sometimes, life breaks us down to build us up.
Sometimes, what we want isn't what we need,
And what we need isn't what we want.
Sometimes our parents know best,
But pride makes us look left.

It's a sometimish story of this book that's written about me.
The past the present the future and the me that's yet to see.
Sometimes, I cried till my tears ran dry.
Sometimes, I smiled till my jaws got tired.
Sometimes, every piece of life is a puzzle,
And putting it together is the struggle.

Sometimes, the only apology we owe is one to ourselves.
Sometimes, mistakes are what make us whole again.
Sometimes, the only freedom we know is being laid to rest.
Sometimes, our emotions know best
Sometimes, euphoria comes from the mind and not from the chest.
