Empty Me

I want to be heard
I need to be seen!
My narcisstic ways overpower me.

I want to flash.
I need to shine.
I want to be the center.

Do you mind?

It is all about me.
I know you can see.
I need your attention,
desperately!

I'm so alone.
So I must glow.
The need to show
does grow old.

So see me,
Hear me,
Want me,
please.

I'm so empty.
Please help me.
