My Cage

In my cage
I knew I wouldn't fall
I wouldn't fail
I had no doubt
I had no fear
Buh people said a lot
Like hey, you need to grow
I didn't care about
The commission checks
 And such they said
 I claimed to be busy
With my things in my zone
 And I was really!
 Buh people kept asking
 Hey, you really comfortable?
 I said yeah
 But somehow, someway
 I didn't know
 Until people told me
That I suck and that I would die
And I learned to jump out and come back
 Sometimes!

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed New Year.
