Hid E and See K

i see you.
hiding
as though you are transparent.
you used to run to me with open arms
to tell me stories and offer warmth
but you've left me cold and alone

sometimes it feels like the ground beneath me
is slipping
and i get scared that death will come and
take me away.

i don't want to leave without saying goodbye

you think you're so cunning and sly but
darling,

i see you.
i see you when you hide.
