Tears of Red

She sits in her room
Crying after an argument
She stares at the moon

Her world starts to spin
She starts falling under
Its that drowning feeling
Where she can see everyone
but just cant swim to shore

Her eyes wander
Her hands search
She gasps for air

She finally reaches the top
She looks in the mirror only to
find
Tears of blood.
Oh so red.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
