The poem(s) are below...

mysteries and life walk hand in hand

Each trace of life is clothed in mystery,
But sense of wonder’s often numbed by pride
In man’s achievements throughout history
And daily blessings are soon left aside.

The age of wonderment surrounds us still;
Celestial contemplation will reveal
Such mysteries which cannot help but thrill
And cause the humbled soul,in awe, to kneel.

A tiny mass of cells picks up its pace;
Eyes, ears, nose heart are marvellously styled
Distinctive fingerprints are soon in place ;
Two hearts united form a new-born child.

With open eyes and hearts we’ll understand
That miracles and life walk hand in hand.

    Wendy, you have nailed it. This is the most beautiful mystery of all! You and I were sharing a wavelength yesterday.
