My life fell apart when he broke my heart
He played me over and over again
Ithught the pain would never end
Hehad me at my all time low
I didn't know which way to go
Should I stay waiting for a man who hurts me so much
Or should I just give up

So I just decided to give up
After 2 long years i'd had enough
It was time to start over new
It was time to start a life with you
You came in my life and picked up the parts
And put back together my heart
I never knew love could be like this
With you there isn't a moment I want to miss
Not one hug, not one cuddle, Not one laugh, not one kiss
I want to spend my life with you
And for once I know someone (you)feels the same way too
For once I know my heart is safe
Not by the promises you make
But by the way you look at me
It truly makes me see how much you really love me
