Prayer of Thanks For Rain
Dear Gracious, Merciful and Loving God, Thank you for the rain. It is a magnificent reminder of what you do for us every day. Your parched and thirsty earth drinks of the goodness of the rain and it sprouts new growth reminding us of the mercy and provision that you rain on us every day upon our parched and thirsty souls which sprouts new growth in us, growth that moves us closer to You. Thank you Lord for loving us, though we do not deserve so great a mercy. May we reflect on this great gift that you bless us with every new day. Thou art a true and loving God. Great is Your faithfulness. Your mercies are new every morning. May we feel the newness of life flowing in us each day and thank You for Your manifold blessings. In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen
