Who Knew

Who knew that this random person who rarely comments
Would lead me to feeling things that I  didn't know existed.
Who knew that he'd teach me that being true to who I am could be so freeing
And that I'm one of a kind and that he believes in me.
Who knew that he'd love me when I'm right and when I'm wrong.
That he has understood my heart all along.
I'm never perfect. I'm very flawed.
Sometimes I've felt as though I was all alone
Since he's come into my life.
My life has become a refreshing song.
I love how he cares for those he hold close
That he loves me and I'm who he chose
Who knew that he'd be everything I'd want him to be
Most importantly,  who knew that he'd be every bit of the man that I need.
