Sour grapes

I still remember every promise made.
Every lie you told every lie I believed.
Dropping old photos into the fire.
Feeling a pain words can't explain.
Sweeping away every memory we made.
Picking up pieces of a broken heart.
Wishing we had never mat.
Wishing we never kissed.
Wishing this pain would stop hurting.
Trying to forget the love I once felt.
So empty and numb inside.
I use to love the taste of grapes.
But now they leave a sour taste in my mouth.
Now the grapes will always be sour.
