I Miss You

My yesterdays fade to grey,
My tomorrow's future's blue.
My darling, since you've gone away
I can only dream of you.

Your face, your voice, your hair so soft.
Memories draw me close, I want to touch.
My darling, since you've gone away
I've missed you, so much.

In your footsteps I can only trace.
In my dreams I love to see your face.
My darling, I wish you hadn't gone.
It's always going be too much, too long.

I miss you.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

I like the way you write, emotions. You know when you dream of them it means they've come to see you :)
