The North-Eastern Ghost

Please be gone! Oh ghost from the north-east. Gone without any message. Days gone and months gone, then it becomes a year. Year after year, the cry for one lost to the ghost remains.
Please be gone! Oh ghost from the north-east. Haunted is the place I lived. From the blood-soaked land I run, where it won't be felt nor the eerie voice be heard, but through the distance it echoes.
Please be gone! Oh ghost from the north-east. Harboured by the leeches of the land. Devour the harbour-master suddenly and be gone forever. Be at rest so we all can find peace.

Pretentious Tone

If the link is weak
You know the chain won't be strong
If the table is bare,
Don't make it look like we're having a feast
When you're hugging the most
Don't cry that you have the least
When your greed becomes a creed
Then it becomes your religion
Don't tell me I'll fail
When I'm yet to try
If you tell me a lie
Don't disguise it as the truth!
If you're going to cheat
Don't make it look like you're fair
If you think you're just
Let others be the judge.

Dramatic Clouds

Clear in the morning
Bright as the sunrise
Muddy as it goes down to sleep
Like she's never been awake
Except for tiny little sparkle

And when she is filled...
She pours out her hearts
With tears over flowing
Like a woman who lost her only child
One she loves dearly

Who else is filled with such drama
If not mother nature
Smiling brightly and crying the next
One drama giving birth to another
Beautiful in its entirety.
