Manas Roy Poem
If you just ask me something
I don't know what I should say.
Except my silent gaze at you,
and you know what I couldn’t say.
What if you ask me anything today?
The sky has bowed down,
over the century and will remain sublime,
Within a continuous deep silence,
she has spoken my untold stories,
filled once with my fragrance.
A dumb pain in my chest,
that I can't make you realize,
everything is waste, like the poetry of a poet.
Deep and deeper like a magic
why can't you heal my pain?
Nothing is more than anything
If you tell me something.
"Raxel", your Jesus is lost today,
from the heaven, he has handshaked with the hell.
Save me Raxel and ask me something today.

Manas Roy Poem
Once I saw moon felt ashamed
gazing the beauty of your face.
All the flowers stopped their heartbeats
When you passed by the woodlet!!
Whenever a beauty was mentioned
Then and there you evolved
Like the first light of dawn
I saw your light from you everywhere
A shadow fell on that part of universe
Whherever you were not there.
I saw the angel
disowned himself for your sake
whenever a beauty was mentioned
Then and there you evolved.
I saw when you got stabbed times and again
By the fierce faced world
Your blood came out from many nozzles
Insults and shame became your crown of INRI
Yet Whenever a beauty was mentioned
Then and there you evolved.

Manas Roy Poem
Why you scrap me in history,
Using your astringent and twined lies?
You may now trample me in the soil
But just like dust, I'll fly.
I see my defiance upset you
And makes you surrounded with gloom
Just because I am living and walking
As if I've got a fountain of blood
The loving warm blood in my vein,
flowing like a river in my room.
Did you wish to see me broken?
Insulted and bowed head?
My shoulders drooping down
like my own bleeding tears
Weakened, shattered,
From my agony and cries
You may gun me down
With your words,
You may slice me with your sword,
Still, like warm southern wind, I'll rise.
Just like the certainty of waves,
I can fall but I’ll rise again.
Leaving behind nights of torture
From a past that's rooted in indignity
Out of sheer shame of history
I will bring the glory of from my own grave,
With the joy, dream and the hope of mankind
I‘ll rise bringing light on a daybreak

Manas Roy Poem
As the dark night ends
Wakes my dawn
with her smooth white color
radiating all lights from my womb.
A new day has born
with the streak of yellow rays!!
Emitting from the prince of the day
the day has born.
Still you are sleeping
my lazy mind
Wake up and dance with joy
with the tune of the Sun.
Listen to the orchestra
from the chirp of the birds
Listen to the rhythm
jutting out from the harp of clouds
The day has come
Embrace him
Kiss him
As your new born soul.

Manas Roy Poem
My moments came and gone.
With my surprised mind,
I kept drawing all over the sky
not knowing it’s me or her.
A little touch of her
makes me shiver and quiver
her so few sweet little words
that I always hear.
With her fragrance
I make myself drunk
now I am with my stumbling feet,
moved from pub to pub.
Her hair made a maze
in which I tried to walk
with a destination but always got lost
running in a circle forever.
Wherever far away I go
her melody chases me behind
intoxicated in her tune
I left myself nowhere.
