The Daisy

Dancing flowers plop at fullest bloom
in the rustled yellow burnt fields.
It sways an echo after the winds
and hits the grass aside who sheilds.

The dawn casts its tangerine color
after the flattery feilds of Daisies,
and a child runs the sunrays of early dawn
to pick a daisy for her Aunt Stacey.

With her white tipped finger she pricks
herself with yellow honey substance
and tickels it under her nose for scent.
She runs out the fields to her aunt in instance.

She looked at her and smiled, patted her head.
Aunt Stacey spoke, "Honey go play for awhile and I'll meet you
back in." And the little girl ran out the door.
She put the daisy in a tiny vase where she admired it once more.

Stella Married To the Sea

O fair lady- lady of the sea
by the name so fairly called, Stella
Yes! that name ever so dear to me.
And Stella who rides a ship-
marrying each wave- caressing the salt
Rides, boldy rides until a shore she haults.
But no land in sight, so Stella ride!

A bell be rung, a song that sung
From home town Oklhoma to Stella who's gone.
So sadly at a distance, people see her blood
trapped under the salty surface as the ship does run.
The death portray but people not know the
O fair lady- lady of the sea
by the name so fairly called, Stella
Is merely with and married to the sea.

A Dirty Room

Boy was my room a mess!
It'll be considered the best
for a rats' nest.
I look under the bed,
I find stains that were
blue, green, and red.
Personally, I'm scared to dread
to know what has stained under
my bed!
I look to the trash bucket,
it overfills with all sorts
of muck in it
where the plastic been has
been stuck to it.
I opened the dresser drawer,
an explosion of socks and
underwear hit the floor.
And past, old love letters
and belts and hats and more
have exploded out to the floor.
My vanity is trashed.
My chair is smashed
And each time I go for a sit,
I fall on my toosh and be crashed.
I've got dirty dishes everywhere,
with extra food for bugs to spare.
It makes a smell of quite despair
that makes us plug our noses in the air.

Sometimes though, instead cleaning
an hour a day
I find it all worth it
to spend four weeks to par-tay,
and only one weekend to clean the pit ;)

A Gun Fight

The horses gallop,
and the silver guns fired
one good cowboy dies.

Sing

Sing a sad song when your face is long,
Sing for the birds sitting in the birches up high.
Sing a sad song when your face is long
sing a sad song for the sea.
Because you know when you are down
and you shouldn't really frown
no, for that brings the sad in everyone, you see?

Sing a song when you are alone,
sing a song to the sky.
When you project out your voice
you bring your faith in rejoice.
It comes from the soul, it comes from within.
So don't sit aroud being silent in solitude,
no get up on your feet and sing another song again.
Sing sing sing,
sing a song again.

Sing with the wind, sing with the crowd
sing for the people who listen.
Sing for the town, sing for all joy
sing for yourself and for each girl and boy
