Something To Ponder

What if love is just chemistry?
Starts in the head and ends in the body,
Making us dependent.

Pitiable

The likelihood between myself and a beast,
Surpasses my self-grotesque-depiction, at least.
I loath the day I entered this death spiral twirl;
In this vicious tornado-self-esteem-crawl.
Only one sweetest venom sip it takes,
To make me be a slave to the demonic taste.
Enslaved are my legs from knee below,
Enslaved are the thoughts that come too slow.
My body gets so numb that nothing scares my skin,
Capital sins do not feel so full of sin;
I crave to do what is forbidden still,
To speak the cruelest things I have an itching will.
The street light comes to me in rainbow colored streams,
I love the way my mind feels reality like dreams.
I am both wide awake and sound asleep;
I laugh at nothing and I truly weep;
With passion, my blood makes love to wine,
My neurons are crushed grapes on the body’s vine.

Shattered

Looking out a rainy window,
Seeing places that seem strange,
Makes you think of old and new,
Shattered dreams, a glimpse of change,
All away and all distorted,
In the once so hopeful heart,
All beneath what you have planned,
If a plan is what you've got.
Many try to comprehend,
Why trouble just comes their way;
Sadly they find in the end
That they couldn't have a say
And they're wrong for thinking so
But when sadness flies to you,
There isn't much you can do...

Is there?

Maybe lie to you and others,
That we are a happy kind,
Just that sometimes we are clouded
By the way our lives entwine.

About a Life

Womb, lost paradise
Strong wind, insecurity
Death

Evolution

All linked in a scream.
Adaptation is twisted
In the world in front.

To Buy...

Please advertise your thoughts right here,
Make me savor your every word,
I sweat behaviors of a peer;
Your slogan slashes like a sword.

I bend for brands to kick my pocket,
Over again shares go up and down.
I will hit labels in the socket,
But the other eyes just buy and frown.

Why choose alternatively between two,
When choice's paradox is in your face?
The rows seem endless when you're going through,
Head-turns, carts, retail sounds...uneven pace...

Neuro-Light

Minds are all like caves:
Light creeps in through hidden cracks
And hope emerges.

Old and Wise

Pure peaks of reason,
Stand the test of the cruel time
Peaceful in the world.

Foggy Heads

Dim as lonely shades,
Hidden thoughts of glory come,
Spinning our egos.

Puppet

My sorrows make me trace my thought -
The steps I took, the leaps I'll take -
I do what I forgot, and it's not enough,
But while I lay here in PJ's, wide Awake,

My heart enacts a stolen wish -
The things I want and what I need -
I have my powers to unleash,
But as I want, I become Greed...

My future holds a nothing-ball -
The paint on it changes daily -
I can't rainbow it back at all,
But as I dare color Freely,

My hands are dirty and tired -
The phalanges crack, lashes tear -
I feel like a puppet, though I'm not wired,
But balls joggle on, what clearly stays is Fear.
