Christmas Rhymes

Christmas Rhymes

Christmas is my favorite time of the year.
People are filled with goodwill and holiday cheer.
Tis the season to be jolly.
Girls are hoping for brand-new, dollies.
Presents are under the Christmas tree.
It is decorated perfectly.
Red, silver, and green decorated balls.
Silver tinsel, and an angel topper completes it all.
This describes homes with the Christmas tree.
Childrens faces illuminate with glee.
As they look at their presents under the Christmas tree.

Monarch Butterfly

Fly monarch butterfly
Fly really, high into the sky
Adoring a sweet, summer day.

The Break of Day

The break of day
The break of day is when my mind is most clever.
I sit down on my couch writing,
and it gives me absolute pleasure.
The break of day is a moment that I look forward to.
I realize my responsibilities and what I must do.
The break of day is an active time.
As many thoughts reoccur inside my mind.
The break of day is also, an inspiring time for me.
This is when I focus on being the best that I can be.

The Potter's House

The potter sows seed and is ready to reap a harvest. She begins work at twilight.
She plants, scatters seeds, and water the field. She smiles with delight because her chores are well-done.
The day is consumed with abundant labor; because the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few.
She engages with her field and leaves nothing unfinished. She attends to it as a mother to a child. This passion is something that cannot be ignored; because she never knew a love like this before.

Ordinaryday

It's just an ordinary day in my heart.
Where do I start? The morning begins as I complete my daily house chores, however it is just an ordinary day in my heart and this thought will not depart.
My day was planned before it started.
I knew my obligations. I must drive my daughter to work and pick her up. It became more obvious to me that this was an ordinary day.
It is just an ordinary day in my heart because nothing about this day sets it apart. Perhaps, that is why today is just an ordinary day in my heart. The extraordinary part is spending quality time with two daughters that are dear to my heart.

What a Mother Does

She is loving her children, for this is what a mother does.
She protects them from peril. She manages her finances well and teaches that to her children.
She provides her children with the necessities of life. (Shelter, food, and clothing.)
A mother does financially support her children.
A mother does provide medical care, and an education.
What a mother does is extraordinary. Her work is incomparable to any creature. A mother creates a masterpiece for the world to perceive since this is her major responsibility.
What a mother does gives her merit and contributes to society.
