Lana Antonella Poem
The ocean reaches the tide
where it meets the sky.
No matter what the world comes to,
she will always be a woman.
She is delicate and beautiful
exactly how God intended.
she is everything
she uncovers the darkness within us.
Yet we hate and rape her
and mock her existence
with perverted, superficial replacements.
Her voice is silenced and her value diminished
just a look and she's gone.
Her soul rests upon the waves,
as she walks out to reach her fate
shes taken by the wind
where she is promised heaven.
How long will it take for her to be recognized?
because time waits for no one
and its already slipping away
all the faces of our women
torn and frayed.

Lana Antonella Poem
I lost my man
his heart
his soul
unattainable.
my love for him
so deep and pure
he was my world.
I'm leaving this place again
taking myself away
a foreign land
so I feel no pain.
makes me feel like he can change
but I know he cant.
I lost my man
he was stuck in his evil ways.

Lana Antonella Poem
when I looked at him
my heart skipped a beat.
he completed me
and I wanted to be his wife.
I was so willing
and so blind
I would do anything for him,
my sweet boy.
even though he yelled at me
and ignored me.
I saw through all of it
and loved him.
I thought
my love could cure him
but I was the one who hurt the most
ignoring my instinct
I loved him
why couldn't have he loved me too?
