Without a Kiss

Has a tear of joy ever escaped from the window of your soul? A moment of realization that fell out of your control? Have you grown up with someone who is way out of your league? One whose presence could effect the way you breathe? Is there something you believe that changed the way you see? Or have you ever fell in love with one that was expected to never be? Imagine a lover who speaks to God about you, one who sees a truth you don't think is there, what if this is how I see you when I say your name in prayer? Though our memories are few, somehow they feel more true, for time is non-existent when it comes to you. Your the most difficult poem I've always wanted to write because no words exist to express such love at every sight. I gaze into our history for a clue as to "why?", amidst a maze of a dozen conflicting stimuli, no language could explain yet you deserve for me to try, but all I can offer is a crude illustration of a truth beyond imagination... You've always felt like more than just a crush, like a reflection of my trust, like fate flirting with a dream only love could create. The way we conversate is the melody of my song, your hypnotic sense of humor splashes the colors of a pretty pinkish dawn, the way you beautify your personality stretches beyond. Those eyes an invitation to some unknown adventure, that smile begs the question I'd spend this life to answer, almost feels like the beginning of some kind of forever. Then something else crept into my heart as well, a chemistry evolving in a way only nature would tell, every grain of knowledge gathered like an oyster in its shell, until my love for you was no longer in control, a rare precious pearl embedded within my soul. WAIT! I have to stop, language has failed me again, but how was I suppose to hold all this in? At the risk of you never looking into my eyes again, I couldn't continue to pretend that your just a friend. What happened to me is I began to see you as we will be when our love is complete, a chemistry mixed with a mystery betwixt pretty and sweet, the heart utterly eclipsed by a beauty beyond any comprehension of art. Now that it's said that leaves just one more task, it's so out of character for me to ask: if a feeling of bliss deeper than any oceanic abyss could be forged without a first kiss, how many wonderful probabilities could we possibly miss?

Destiny Knock

Once upon eternity I saw a mystery unfold, an enigma cloaked in a riddle that couldn't be foreshadowed, ever more superb than the dawn's pinkish gold. The meaning of beauty taken to a blissful new height every time I feel your pretty eyes looking at me with love at every sight. Something deeper than any ocean, more color than emotion, which of itself is a transcendent stimuli soaring an ecstatic new high, fluttering butterflies electrify, an unexpressable joy without considering the way you look, for it's an inner fire consumed in desire for the way you look at me with a vivifying vibrancy flavoring all that I see with such exquisite unexpectancy. A familiar charisma exuding an exoticly fresh style, the kind one finds only once in awhile, the way eyes collide together in a mutual smile. My whole world eclipsed by the poetry in your eyes burning into mine seeking to eternalize, far more beauty than the dawn's pinkish skies. My soul be drowning amidst your charming spells, dancing against narcotic hells, something about your style or the presence of your smile eclipsing everything else, the way you make me feel richer than wealth, aching to devour you all to myself. Your body sings seductively sharp, a canvas craving some forbidden art, every luscious curve inspires melody to my heart. As soon as you happened I already knew, the wish I've been dreaming is really coming true and you smiled because you knew too. Some kind of forever has definitely changed, a piece of the puzzle that destiny had arranged. The beauty of your soul more exquisite than sweet, for I already see you as you will be when the divine plan is complete. I find in you trust no longer lingering elusively aloof, built on the foundation of truth with love as the fountain of youth. I do believe true love can still be found when all else has fallen apart, do you think it's possible and even more probable that maybe I'm destiny knocking on the door of your heart???

Eclipsing Addiction

There's far too much I could say about falling in love yet feeling alone, too many memories we own will find expression some way, everything else is just a game that we play. Something about you intrigued the imagination. Could be a style exuding exquisite exhilaration, or maybe a smile that eclipsed any other consideration. I know the meaning of love can feel more real than a fact as soon as you kiss me back. Those hypnotic lips like a drug I shouldn't take, maybe a mistake, yet lust had taken root with just a little taste of loves fruit. In those moments I knew there'd always be a piece of me lost in you. An illusion seeking to illuminize kept dragging along, such a delusion would may never fully be gone, together in collusion towards an ever darker dawn. I couldn't have learned love without your deceptive art eclipsing my heart in a shadow of doubt, I know all to well what that's all about, how a vibrant fascination can evolve a virulent infatuation where a simple kiss would birth a lingering ghost, haunting as sweet memories we love most. It's not always the heart, sometimes the mind breaks as well, a coldness which aches of burning hell. A smile with you I would no longer coax, like a once enchanting spell entertaining cruel jokes, the magic we had exposed as a hoax. You are my addiction so utterly defined, a bad dream haunting to constantly remind, yet I find myself saving my final breath to say "I love you." One last time. If I could take it all back I'd play it out the same, even when your love was merely a game. Though in the end, my love you wouldn't pursue, I wouldn't want to miss the time I'd spent with you. I thank you eternally for my first steps of love, reminding me of the dreams I'm capable of. I step on a path that follows the few, you walk away from my love even though I love so true, now the real pain begins from my addiction to you. One day for sure you'll think of how we kissed, then you'll finally see what you really have missed, everything you ever truly wished. By the time you realize that you may have been wrong, the loneliness will begin to dawn as you find I've moved on.
