Dismay.
Like an overwhelming shadow closing in from all sides.
Like a towering seiche that drowns a pebble.
The feeling of warm water flowing down the feverish skin.
Just stop.
Let the summer breeze brush across your body.
Allow the earth to magnify and transform this emotion.
Free the rage.
Free the sorrow.
Free the sadness.
Free the Pain.
Inhale nature and feel its love for you.
The wicked spirits are cast out.
You are empty of suffering.
Rejoice.

The delicate trill of the humming bird is utter bliss to a dismal soul.
Fixated on the elated poise emanating from the creature, assumes his own identity.
Departing from the body extends to a paradise brimming with tranquility.
Until he comes back to his being, from the realm of serenity, to his oppressing essence where all returns to his normality-desolation.
