Confession


I might show that I don't care 
I might show that there's no feeling that I share

But let me tell you things affect me a lot 
Just like last time when we fought 

When we fight, I might say goodbye 
But it's all nothing, but a lie 

For me, in the whole world you are amongst the chosen few 
Today I confess, I'm afraid of losing you.

Everyone kept asking, "who was she? "
I said, " The one who kept ignoring me"

Each day without you seemed so long
I never understood what I did wrong 

Then later I saw you with another boy 
Never would I have guessed I would be treated as a toy

Years later I see you sitting in a bar
You would never understand how deep you left a scar.

Overcame Everything

 
I Feel so Stupid to give you my all,
I Wish there was something to cushion my fall

I couldn't wait to get back on my feet,
But I was constantly brought down by the thoughts of deceit

You always held me back like a tack in my shoe, 
Today I'm so up ahead, I can't even see you.

You always thought I needed a little push

You were easily impressed by my new glass tints
But you never understood any of my hints

I'm still struggling with word to speak to you about
And you're now with another man, already moving out.
