To the one person who seriously lights up the darkest day,
the darkest hour, the darkest moments.
To the person who heals our wounds with their words.
To the hug that made my world crashing down get held together,
just by the warmth...
For the kiss that got me out of the shadows that seemed to consume me.\
To the person who was there,
when nobody else could be seen for miles.

Be her shoulder to cry on,
don't be the reason she's crying.
Show her you care,
nobody needs a diamond ring or a fancy dinner to know
you care.
Try just a hug or asking if she's okay,
try remembering her favorite place to lay.
Don't bring her down or make her feel bad for feeling some type of way,
you should do all you can to make the horrible feeling go away.
When you find a girl that truly does love you,
don't break her into someone who becomes numb,
don't ignore her cute comments,
embrace the youth and light of the moment because
it is all we have.

The days I don't deserve love at all,
those are the days I need it the most.
Whenever you're frustrated with me when
I struggle with what to wear or how I look,
imagine how frustrated I am with myself.
While your decisions don't physically hurt me,
they're breaking my heart.
Maybe it's because not everything in this
life is black and white,
maybe you just don't care what anyone else feels.
But maybe you should,
maybe you should care what influences my day,
or what battles I am fighting with myself.
I guess you just don't understand,
there's just so much truth behind what you see.

It take so much to keep going on...
Everyday we hope this life is worth the cost.
The misery, the despair,
but alongside these hiccups we have a family to bare.
To love and enjoy,
to create of your own.
The scariest part is one day being there for them when they wonder,
wonder why it takes so much to keep going on,
hoping this life is worth the cost.

I love you when the weather sucks,
I love you when we have no luck.
My love for you seems to only grow,
for every day I definitely love you more.
Even on bad days when nothing goes right,
you are everything, you are my light.
So even on the darkest days,
you always do wipe my tears away.
This love makes me shine so bright,
I guess it was time I met Mr. Right.
