The Deep End

He stepped into the deep end
Lost control of his own free will
Lost the ability to see, feel and smell the sweet roses
That lay on the ground by the house that is now falling apart
Where there used to be children, happiness, courage
Where there used to be LIFE
But now there is nothing,
Nothing but the sweet roses that lay on the ground

Land of Shadows

Walking through the land of shadows
I see spots of light coming from every direction
Begging me to choose a life
A new life

But what if I don't want a new life?
What if I want to be in the dark forever?
What if I want to be the queen of shadows?
Will they throw me out, them picking a life for me

Would it be possible for me to stay?
Bring light to dark
Or would that upset the balance?
Would they hate me?

Maybe no
I should choose a life
I could find my family again
But what if I don't want to?
