Dream Cure

Life is like a game of poker,
Youn don't know what you've lost until it's over.
You seriously think life isnt hard?
Maybe because your drinkning beer?
Or maybe your thinking of your next card.
Poker is not what got you here!

Sir, your living the American Dream!
Your company is a money making machine!
To get here you pushed and fought!
Until all your merchandise was sold and bought!
And now you blow your cash on that drug,
When was the last time you gave your kid a hug?
Go back, retrace your steps, before you ruin your life.
Go home, spend some time with your kids and wife.

You had the American Deam for a little bit there,
I hope you wake up, because now its a nightmare.

Sun Still Sleeps

Once again the sun still sleeps
I haven't slept well for about two weeks
Its not here, the dark is haunting me,
I fear the the sun is taunting me.
Why must the sun still be in hiding?
How long will it be gone?
Where could it be?
Why is the sun asleep?

There is no light
Everything is pitch-black,
All the surroundings are completely dark,
The electricity does not give enough light,
All the demons seem as if they will stay,
They have not yet gone away,
Not last week, and not tomorrow,
When will the sun come out and end my sorrow?

The sun still sleeps,
The dark is making me weak,
Why isn't there any light?
Can we flee the dark when time brings night?
I'm not sure if the sun ever will rise,
Maybe it's just hidden from my eyes,
I never realized how much I would miss the sun,
But for now, the sun still sleeps....

Vladimir Rostravsky

There I was standing on a table,
I stood there screaming at the icon on the wall.
"Why hast thou left me here!"
This is my prayer everyday,
For I'm not living, nor am i dead.
In the bright of day i was stabbed in the back.
Hours later I was risen in night.
At one time left for dead in the street,
I now daily fight, feast, and pray for death.
For I'm not living, nor am I dead.
My name is Vladimir Rostravsky.
Some people fear my existence,
Others they welcome it.
The church where i stay nobody visits,
For I'm not living, nor am I dead.
I have no reflection, but am I man?
I have all five senses maybe an extra,
That makes six.
My blood is not a natural color,
It is black as if it were midnight. For I'm not living, nor am I dead.
The light it burns my skin,
This battle between life and death,
I fear I may lose.
But I still must fight.
For I'm not living, nor am I dead.

Why?

Why is it we can talk all night?
Why is it we are just friends?
Why is it the shyness never ends?
Why must we put up this emotional fight?
Why are things explained with a bird and a bee?
Why is it i know i like you, but not if you like me?
Why is it i can stare into your eyes?
But Why will i find a cold surprise?
Why can't we put things into place, because i like you and your beautiful face.
