Caitlin Penning Poem
Hush now child
don't say a word
because if you do
you wont be heard
So shush now child
lay down your head
shut your eyes
in your soft bed
So sleep now child
hide from the sun
dance with the moon
your day is done
Hush now child
don't say a word
lay down your head now
forget it hurts.

Caitlin Penning Poem
A knife's edge and a painful cry.
flashes in my mindful eye.
A cry for help. a plea for mercy.
I stand there and watch.
Yet im miles away.
So close, yet so far
My mind in turmoil.
Blood falls, drop by drop
Staining hells depth....

Caitlin Penning Poem
Hush now child
Don’t say a word
Lay down your head now
Forget it hurts
Sleep now child
Hide from the sun
Dance with the moon
Your day is done
The bird has flown
Your mind is strong
Let the blossoms fall
All as one

Caitlin Penning Poem
The mountain stands.
so tall and high.
Silhouetted by the morning sky.
Children laugh.
Children play.
Travellers go on their way.
Clouds gather at its peak .
Golden treasure is what they seek.
As it moves at the dawn.
The glorious sun and the mountain.
Below.
