" Smooth Road "

May the road always be smooth under your feet.
May your life always be full , always complete.
May the road that you take , be exciting and new.
May you always find courage you never knew.
May you enjoy your journey along the way.
May you always live life each and every day.
May you always reach the goals you have set.
May you always do well , always do your best.
May the road you are on takes you far.
May you always know just who you are.
And may you never ever feel defeat.
May the road always be smooth under your feet.

" In My Dreams"

As I lay me down to sleep.
Off to dream land without a peep.
Magic seems to fill the air.
As I dream that I am there.
Never have I seen such a place before.
As magical creatures come to the fore.
Unicorns so pure and white.
Disappear mysteriously out of sight.
I come to an opening and into a clear.
I see colourful gardens every where.
And up on a hill top , way up high,
A magical castle seems to touch the sky.
And off to my left , a water fall.
 I hadn't really noticed before.
And strange little beings , with butterfly wings.
Flying about , and doing all sorts of things.
Through an archway and down a path.
A beautiful angel is playing a harp.
I come to some stairs , that seem painted in gold.
No one would believe me , if I ever told.
Up the stairs as I come to a door.
I knock once , twice , three times and four.
The door seem to open by it's self.
I tip-toe inside quiet and stealth.
Over by a window is a beautiful white bed.
All I can see , is the top of a head.
As I look around the room , a little bit more.
I see a beautiful white unicorn on a dresser draw.
And strange little beings with butterfly wings.
Hanging from the ceiling on pieces of string.
And over on a shelf , near the door.
Is the angel I thought I saw before.
And the castle that seem to touch the sky.
Is down on the floor , by the bedside.
What seems to appear before my eyes.
Is a room I recognize.
But am I awake , or , asleep.
As back in my room, I now creep.

Past Dreams

I remember dreams once held as a child.
And although I've not thought of them in awhile.
As my thoughts drift back to some place in time.
All of past dreams come fresh to mind.
In a world full of magic, and full of awe.
What visions I held, what magic I saw.
I remember as I would go out to play.
What magical kingdoms, I would visit each day.
With perils and adventure around each bend.
Knowing that I would win through in the end.
Now I may have grown, and the years they have past.
And although those dreams have gone.
The memories last.
No more do I dream of magical kingdoms.
They have faded away, for what ever reason.
But I still dream every once and awhile.
I wish they were dreams, I once held as a child.

Why Worry

Why worry about , what you can not change.
What ever it is , will always stay the same.
For the effort you put in , worring at all.
Won't change a thing , if you have to fall.
You can only hold on, and brace yourself.
But either way , worring won't help.
You may try to pretend , it doesn't exist.
Or ignor it totally , but the worring persists.
You invite it in , and make it a home.
That worring thought , won't leave you alone.
For the message for you , is simple with time.
You may only change , your frame of mind.

Listen

When you listen quietly.
You can hear the sounds.
Listen quietly their all around.
For every thing will tell a tale.
Not all things are under a viel.
They are truely there if you listen well.
For every thing has a tale to tell.

" Follow Your Heart "

What can you gain , what can you lose.
When it comes time for you to choose.
For the choices you have to make each day.
Is how we all have to find our way.
Do you listen to others , or follow your heart.
Do you stand in the shadows , or create your own path.
Do you grab on to fear , and hold onto doubt.
For these seem to find you , they seek you out.
This is what stops you before you start.
When it comes time to follow your heart.
So what can you gain and what will you lose.
When it comes time for you to choose.
You will gain what is truely in your heart.
And lose the fear , to create your own path.

Shattered Dreams

Some things in life don't work out , simply as we plan
Just one small mishap , can snowball out of hand.
That dream that you've held onto.
That one with in your heart.
Has now but all been shattered , and starts to fall apart.
Do you sit and ponder.
And wonder what went wrong.
What happened to that dream , you held onto for so long
Do you try and explain away.
The if's and but's or maybe's.
And totally convince yourself , it was never meant to be.
But maybe it was not the dream.
That one that was in your heart.
Maybe it's just lifes challenges
You face along your path.

" Forgotten Dreams"

Remember when you were a child.
How fantasy filled the air.
When you thought you were a pirate.
On a ship that went no where.
Or a knight in shinning armour.
Come to save the day.
Who managed to save the maiden.
And simply rode away.
Remember how you saved the world.
From total doom and gloom.
And how you did it all.
In the space of your own room.
Or what you dreamt you wanted to be.
When you finally grew up.
You knew you could be all those things.
When you were old enough.
But it seem to take forever.
For that day to come.
For that dream to be a reality.
And you could be anyone.
But how seem to forget those dreams.
As the years go by.
Always believe in dreams.
And remember your inner child.

Down in a garden where fairies dwell , lived a fairy named Annabell.
But Annabell wasn't like the rest , keeping in mind , she always did her best.
But try as she may , try as she might , Annabell never ever took flight.
She would sit under a bluebell and flutter her wings.
Always in wonder what each day would bring.
Will I truely be able to fly?
How will I know , if I don't try?
As Annabell made her way to the top , hoping she wouldn't come down with a
flop.
She fluttered her wings , and took a step out.
Hoping no other fairies were about.
As she fluttered her wings , and took to air.
It wasn't long , and she wasn't there.
All the other fairies laughed until they cried.
Who ever heard of a fairy that couldn't fly.
This made Annabell feel left out , as she watched other fairies fly and dash about.
Why can't I fly ? She would say to herself.
None of them knew how she really felt.
And them one day , just out of the blue.
She fluttered her wings and Annabell flew.
Flying and dashing all about , Annabell finally worked it out.
To never give up , and to always try.
Now Annabell , truely can fly.
