Memories

Memories springing from the hallways of my heart
Memories feeling sweet emotions from our start
Hiking through the sunny day
Into the night of purple haze
Holding hands and the sweetness of your kiss
I close my eyes for you are the one I miss.

Memories spring from the hallways of my heart
Memories feeling sweet emotions from our start
Walking through the forest tress
Holding hands so tenderly
Waiting for the sweetness of your kiss
I close my eyes to take in all your bliss.

But if all I have are memories
Of tender kisses under sunlite trees
Of times still standing so true
Then I don’t have you.

Surrender Me

Goddess of love,
Slay me with your tenderness,
As wings on the dove,
Fly me to your heavens bliss,
Pierce the walls of my heart,
Unlock all my dreams with you,
As you did from the start,
Surrender me to love that’s new.

Queen of my heart,
Breathe your breath of my helplessness,
As the sands of the dune,
Cover me with sweet distress,
Pierce the walls of my heart,
Let my love flow to you,
So much more than the start
Surrender me to love that’s new.

My lovely lady of life,
Hypnotize with your eyes so clear,
As the stars light the skies,
Send my night in sweet revere,
Pierce the walls of my heart,
Release all that I have for you,
Better than from the start,
Surrender me to love that’s new.

Still Love You

I stand before you here today,
I have so much I want to say,
To see you after so much time,
Here is what I’ve come to find,
I still love you.

If you look into my eyes,
You will find I can’t disguise
The passion I have built up inside,
The glow I can no longer hide,
I still love you.

It’s magic when I heard you say my name,
When you smiled at me I knew I’d never be the same,
I’ve been so high just to feel your touch,
I never knew it could mean so much,
Because I still love you.

My heart has your name on it,
And though you may never want it,
In my heart you will remain,
But now I know I must refrain,
Because I will always love you.
